In 2012
I will take better care of my mind, body, and heart.
I will realize that I am beautiful in unique ways that no one else is.
I will remove the people that hurt me from my life and try to focus on the present.
I will learn something new every day.
I will remind myself that I am worthwhile.
And that I can do this.
And if I fail at any of those things, I will pick myself back up and try again.
